What do you want to accomplish but haven’t been able to take action on? Think about one thing you can do for it, right now. Even a 5-minute action will make you feel lighter.

Thinking about something you need to do/want to do, but not taking action, is tiring. When you feel this way, take action, even if it is for 5 minutes. You’ll feel better.
