Step away from normal. Is there something in your life–any system or way of doing things–that you are only doing because that’s the norm? How about another way? What can you create if you step away from normality, into originality?
For 7 days, look for and experience small acts of kindness and love in your life. If on any given day you don’t experience one, perform one no matter how small. Note this in your journal every day to record what you saw or did.
